Request one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your phone or email

Pressure you to move money quickly or act urgently to “protect” your account

Ask you to download apps or grant remote access to your device

Calls claiming there’s “fraud on your account” and asking for verification codes

Requests to transfer money to a “safe” or “secure” account

Spoofed phone numbers or caller IDs that look like our bank

Urgent or threatening language designed to make you act quickly

What You Should Do

Hang up immediately if something feels suspicious

Verify independently: Call us using the number on our official website
